Terms and Conditions

Please note: all prices quoted are starting prices based on a standard room for two people. The actual price depends on the dates you choose and the options selected in your package.

On Fridays, a surcharge of €15 per person applies; on Saturdays, a surcharge of €30 per person applies. Prices exclude tourist tax of €2.07 per person per night, a booking fee of €7.95 per booking and any single-occupancy surcharge of €54.50. Frequently Asked Questions

If you book two nights with a relaxation massage, we will schedule this massage twice, tailored to your arrival and departure times. You can indicate your preference in the comments field; we will do our best to take this into account. For longer stays, you’ll benefit from a more attractive rate.

The room will be ready from 3.00 pm. On the day of departure, you can check out by 11.00 am. You are still welcome to use the thermal baths throughout the day. You can leave your luggage at our reception desk or take it straight to your car.

The breakfast buffet is served between 08.00 and 10.30. When you check in, please choose a time that suits you, and we’ll reserve a spot for you.

You’ll know exactly when your moment of indulgence begins the moment you step through our door. Rest assured that your treatment will be scheduled between your pre-arranged arrival and departure times. And there’s always half an hour between your arrival and your (first) treatment, so you can take it nice and easy. After all, you’re here to relax.

Of course, we’ll do our very best to accommodate your preferences. However, we cannot guarantee your preferred time. After all, there are other guests with their own preferences too. And… first come, first served! You’ll be told the final time upon arrival.

We do our best to ensure that treatments take place at the same time wherever possible. If you would like a duo treatment in the same room, please let us know in the comments section at the end of your booking, or get in touch with us via the contact form if you have already made a booking. We will, of course, do our very best to accommodate your requests. However, we cannot always guarantee a duo treatment.
