Our storySapna means ‘dream’. My dream is to move people through flavour. At Sapna, I take you on a culinary journey where unique spices, pure ingredients and refined techniques come together. I combine my love of fire, smoke and bold flavours with foraging, fermentation and seasonal produce. I’m always searching for the perfect balance between excitement and refinement. With my own signature style, I aim to create dishes that spark curiosity, surprise and, above all, leave a lasting impression.
